The casualty is then supported into a stable position on his back,
seen here in picture 4
Follow through to pictures’ 5-6 where the handlers then need to
slide the casualty out of the seating using the straps on either
end of the slide sheet. Once safely out of the seating, more
Handlers’ can assist in safely lifting the casualty onto the trolley bed
using 3 handlers down each side of the casualty, taking hold of
each of the slide sheet handles as shown previously.
