Then check in picture 5, for example, that the belt is secure and not
frayed, and check the material on the seat and back is not torn.
In picture 6 make sure to push the footplate down and click it into
place.
In picture 7 note that there is a clasp on either side above the
footplate. By twisted these, you lock the footplate into place. Then
pull and twist each of these to open and lift up the footplate.
In the final picture below, notice that each of the front wheels have
a lock you push down to lock and up to unlock. Now view the
