Outings and excursions
Our guests are welcome to join trips to places of interest during their stay in our fully accessible vehicles. Local outings are free of charge and wherever possible we endeavour to tailor trips to guests’ interests, such as particular theatre productions or museum attractions. We regularly take guests for pub lunches and shopping trips. Other popular attractions for outings include the Royal Yacht Britannia, Glenkinchie Distillery, Edinburgh’s Royal Botanical Gardens, Our Dynamic Earth and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. Guests will be expected to pay their own admission charges to attractions. If a guest wishes to attend a local church service, we will try and accommodate this.
