From a young age , students are aware they can follow certain career paths . Examples often include teaching , nursing , and business . Students are less likely to be exposed to careers in the aerospace industry , aside from maybe being a pilot or flight attendant . Yet , there are so many interesting , fulfilling , and challenging professions worth exploring . That ’ s one of the focuses of Boeing ’ s DreamLearners Program – to introduce the next generation of workers to a world of opportunity in aerospace .
So , first things first : What is the DreamLearners Program ?
