The teacher started to reassure Emilija that everything was going to be alright and that everybody would be safe and sound. Emilija being resourceful and quick-witted suggested to use flashlights to find their friends. The teacher thought it was a great idea. Since it was getting dark, the shine from flashlights should be just enough to help find and get back their friends. Children began their search, they were shining in all possible directions, but without positive results. Meanwhile, even though Jonas didn't hear anything, he had the eyesight of an eagle. He saw the light and made the rush towards it.
Everyone had been searching for hours and it looked like it was hopeless, when Sim heard the sound of branches breaking and leaves rustling. It was Jonas running into the light with all his might. There were tears of joy on his face because he thought he would not be found. Jonas was so thankful and hugged Sim with all his strength. He felt safe with his friends. After that, the entire class returned to the bus and were about to leave, then the unexpected happened. The bus broke down. The driver calmly told children not to worry, because he had just the right tools to fix the damage and to get them safely to the lake “Plateliai”.
