These words hit the parents really hard, they stood there completely speechless and embarrassed. They realized that they have no clue how to answer that question and started doubting about themselves as parents.
Meanwhile, teenagers were running through the forest and found a peaceful small village with weird people. They were greeted by an average age and pleasant face lady. She offered to stay at her house and as risky as it was, the teenagers didn't have a place to stay, so they agreed.
As time was passing by, parents were still looking for clues in the children's rooms. One of them found a scratched up postcard with a landscape of mountains and a pallid text on it. Another couple found a diary with torn pages in it and they started to investigate on their own.
The view of the landscape on the postcard was identified as Greece and in the diary they found more hints that suggested they were heading towards Hellada, the land by the Mediterranean. The relatives of the teenagers didn’t show any interest in going to search for them so far. All but Emanuele’s father. He set on a journey to chase for his daughter and the other youngsters.
