“Commonsense is not a gift
it’s a punishment because we
have to use it with those who
don’t have it.” - unknown

Here the board reads whosoever
is caught throwing garbage over
here will be punished, but it looks
like board itself is in dilemma
with its thoughts. Most people
work out of their civic senses and
then these notices can’t stop them
from their routine work.
Down in the dumps
Right from the schooldays and till today most of
us hear about three wise monkeys which represents
Gandhiji’s vision of “see no evil, hear no evil and speak
no evil.” He believed that if it’s possible you will see
change in your life. There is a fourth monkey of
Gandhiji which says “do not litter” and this is what
Gandhi Ji had always dreamed of, to see “Clean India.”
“So Clean, is this a garbage
house or baba’s satsang
area”?
From classroom to movies everyone gives advice to
maintain cleanliness and though we take there advice
but we use our civic sense only at our home. We need
to work together to make our motherland clean as it
will give us similar joy and prosperity. In 2019 Gandhi
Ji will turn 150 and I think we should gift him with our
collaborative efforts what he has always dreamed of.
“Eat food but don’t eat
germs”
It seems MCD has shift the garbage house 5-10 meteres left so
that people can actually throw
garbage in garbage house. We
didn’t saw anyone throwing their
household waste or any garbage
in this house. It’s an amazing playground for streets dogs, hope
they enjoy their leisure time.
“Even the parks are prone to
stingy areas”
Under SBM government planned
to build 12 crore toilets to stop
open defecation. When we went
inside we felt that it’s just a paan
spitting place not for peeing. If
the situation remains same then
it will not result in clean India
but it might come as diseased
India
With rats & mouse and lizards
spending their leizure time on
these stalls, it’s better to remain
starve rather than going to hospitals. It’s clearly visible that this
stall is parked and surrounded
with garbage and if people still
prefer eating over such stalls,
then congrats you will end up
with diarrhoeal diseases.
“Toielts are meant to clean,
wash and dress yourself, not
to make them crummy”.
People are running out of their
civic sense. Seems that they can’t
differentiate between park and
garbage house. It seems that
people go there not to achieve
good health rather to get skin
rash, vomiting, nausea, dizziness
and many unknown diseases
due to contaminated water at the
enterance.

“We indians believe in showing sarcastic comments”
It is a common act but still its
uncommon to many. even after prior warnig that spiitting
is prohibited and if caught he/
she will be fined ₹200. How can
we achieve clean India when no
sense people recides in here?
Shame for us.
