ACCESS POINT FOR ALL MUNICIPAL
RESIDENTS. Provide all municipal residents equal access to the
ASB for information.
Strategy One •
Maintain the following services:
Encourage more non-ASB member participation at
the Board level.
• Toll-free number to Flatbush Sub-office

• MD LSR website, E-mail, social media

• Agricultural Fieldman cell phone & voice mail

• Flatbush Sub-office open two days per week
Direction/Action
• Advertise and promote ASB meeting dates,
times, locations, open forum, and members.
• Have a fifteen minute question and answer
period prior to ASB meetings
