1b Industrial extra wood fibre recovery: There is extensive recovery of forest
by thinning plantation as well as harvesting entire tree(including branches), and
sometimes stump & root: Finland harvests more than 1 million m3/yr in recent
years, some synergy with peat harvesting, increase minimum 10% of wood vol,
much less extent but still done in Sweden, Baltics, UK. Also general above
ground wood debris recovery from forest is lot higher in North West Europe than
most other regions. Infra set up with first certain duration of "investment
period" is needed.

1c Wood Gasification & Power generation: Net energy gain compared to
simple combustion, cost itself had been higher than conventional combustion in
the past due to technical & uptime issue but situation is rapidly changing in last
2-3yrs. Some are CHP(Combined Heat & Power)/Cogeneration.
