Break Down Costs
Venue
£2250, within this fee there is obviously the organisation and setting up invoininicne of
the marquee on the site. As well as the fee for the portable kitchen to be used on site for
the wedding.
Catering
£42.50 per head, for 100 people this would total £4250. This includes the 3 course wed-
ding menu exluding the suppliment food items. Also it includes the beverages stated at
the bottom of the wedding menu.
Marquee
Vibert marquees basic quote will provide a 100 people marquee with all the necessary setup need-
ed for a nice marquee. You can see this basic quote marquee we have within the package, if you
would like to get extras this is no problem Vibert Marquees will provide it but at an extras cost. if
you do not like the marquee setup you can get your own quote and then we can go ahead
with yours, the package price might change due to if you change of marquee setup. The
basic quote is £3082 total for 100 people marquee.
Toilets
Regarding toilets, there are many companies over here that can quote you for the night.
We have some quotes off of Rebecca Loo’s that we can give to you.
This being and extra on the night.
Band / DJ
A partner of ours L.J.Event’s Services, they have a range of different bands and DJ’s
with lighting avalibale to hire for your special night. Other companies availiable.
Basic End Cost with no Extras
The total end cost of the package with no suppliments and extras is:
£9600, this includes Venue/Catering & Marquee for your special day
