Dick Poe Dealerships Since 1928

Safety Club to community Christmas Parties,
A.B. Poe remained dedicated to the city that was
responsible for his business successes. Starting
his son Alton B. Poe Jr. -

Chrysler line. Just a few
years later Alton became
general manager of the
A.B. Poe Motor Company. His two sons Alton
B. Poe III or as he was affectionately called ‘‘Tito’’
and Richard Curtis Poe,
the man we all know as
Dick Poe were both graduating from Texas Western (UTEP).
Tito and Dick Poe grew
up in a dealership atmosphere and each had plans
to continue the tradition
that their grandfather and
father fought to uphold.
They assured the public
the A.B. Poe Motor Company would be a permanent institution in the great

Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany on
March 14, 1879. As a child, Einstein revealed
an extraordinary curiosity for understanding the
mysteries of science (started only at age 10/11).
A typical child (only to his socio-economic class
— educated middle class), Einstein took music

In 1905, while working as a patent clerk in Bern,
Switzerland, Einstein had what came to be known
as his “Annus Mirabilis” — or “miracle year”. It
was during this time that the young physicist obtained his Doctorate degree and published four
