Laura wore a stunning Sophia Tolli gown with a sweetheart neckline which was set off perfectly by her bridesmaids eye catching, full length purple dresses and bouquets of purple and white flowers. The colour scheme continued with grey morning suits worn by the men which were accessorised with silver waistcoats and purple ties. The breathtaking backdrop of the Roaches provided the perfect place for a few photographs of the newlyweds once at the reception which was held at the Three Horseshoes Inn and Country Hotel, not far from where groom Adam hails from. Former Leek High School student Adam, the son of Doreen and Trevor Spooner of Upper Hulme gave the daunting responsibility of Best Man to his brother Anthony Spooner and chose his wife’s uncle Martyn Findlow and friend Simon Goldstraw as his ushers. young couple who have made their marital home in Leek chose the exotic destination of Barbados for their honeymoon after they tied the knot back at the beginning of the summer. The blushing bride, Leek Health Centre Office Manager Laura Jayne Jackson married her farmer and self employed mechanic groom, Adam Lee Spooner at a traditional church ceremony on Saturday 1st June. Reverend Matthew Parker married the couple at 12 noon in the beautiful medieval surroundings of St Edward’s Church.
