RECREATION COMMITTEE PLANS FALL EVENTS
T he Lebanon Borough Recreation Committee plays a vital role in enhancing the community spirit and quality of life for residents in the borough. Committed to providing recreational opportunities, the committee organizes a variety of events throughout the year that cater to all ages and interests.
Our last sponsored bingo event in September was full of laughs and giveaways. Keep an eye out for the next Recreation Committee Bingo event, which will be scheduled for next spring. We look forward to seeing you there!
The committee has some fun and exciting events coming up. Our Halloween Party, held at Lebanon Borough School, is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 25, from 6 p. m. to 8 p. m. It will be a free family event with activities, snacks, contests and more.
In December, you can look forward to our annual Tree Lighting and visit with Santa.
Lastly, the committee is sponsoring a 5k run and walk on Jan. 1 to kick-off Lebanon Borough’ s Centennial Celebrations. To register or for more information, please go to www. lbnewyearsrun. com.
The Recreation Committee relies on community involvement and volunteers to bring these events to life. If you are interested in helping out or have any ideas for possible events, please feel free to email the Recreation Chair Lisa Porcello at lporcello @ Lebanonboro. com.
We look forward to hearing from you!
