C.W. Parker Carousel Museum For more than a decade, visitors of all ages have enjoyed riding our restored 1913 carousel which was handcrafted here in Leavenworth by the “Carnival King”, C.W. Parker. There is no admission fee to browse the two-story museum, but there is a charge for a guided tour and a carousel ride.
