Booking your course
Our course bookings open on Thursday 21st December.
You can book a course in one of the following ways:
• Online by visiting www.yortime.org.uk
• Telephone 01904 552806
• In person – visit West Offices, Station
Rise, Customer Centre, Desk 22
Our normal opening hours are as follows:
Opening Hours
and Booking Times
10am - 4pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
You can call into West Offices or telephone to book
during these times.
Booking over the
Christmas Period
You can book online via our booking system from
the 21st December. If you prefer to book over the
telephone or face to face at West Offices you can
book until 4:30pm 22nd December. We will then
be closed over the holiday period reopening for
bookings on the 3rd January.
Courses starting after
Easter
You will find some courses with the following
symbol starting after 9th April are not available
to book from the 21st December. These courses
will be available for booking from the 26th
February. This is to enable us to prioritise bookings
and to effectively manage course numbers and
volumes of enquiries.
You should also keep checking
www.yortime.org.uk as we are adding new
courses throughout the year including some that
might not appear in the brochure.
