Scissors , paint , glitter and glue ; fabric choices of red and blue ! Join the Senior Center staff once a month for an afternoon of crafting . Each month is a different project with all supplies provided . From seasonal décor to projects you can repeat with your grandkids , you can ’ t beat this afternoon of creativity and laughter . Pre-registration is required by date listed , no refunds after this date .

Mystery Quilt Adventure
Quilt from the comfort of your home this summer . The catch — this is a mystery quilt or quilt top so you won ’ t know the final project until you make your last stitch ! The colors and fabric patterns will be of your choosing , and you will receive weekly clues ( pieces of the pattern ) to guide your progress from week to week . The first week ’ s clue on June 13 will contain the complete supply list . At the end of the nine-week session , you will receive a copy of the full pattern . All skill levels are welcome but you do need to know how to read a pattern . The instructor will be available by email and phone for questions along the way . At the end , there will be an optional show and tell session in Montgomery , MN . Register by June 3 and indicate if you want to receive your clues by email or U . S . mail . Karen Parsons

Senior Cardio and Strength
A low-impact , moderate-intensity exercise class designed to safely and effectively increase your stamina , strength , balance and flexibility in a welcoming setting . Adjustable weight cuffs are provided . Bring water . Wear comfortable clothes and supportive tie-on shoes . This class is ongoing so you may join at any time .
