Air Fryer Veggies
Using an air fryer to cook vegetables is quick — and the healthy results are delicious ! In this live class Kirsten will demonstrate a variety of recipes using in-season local and / or commonly available vegetables including Lemon Pepper Broccoli , Miso Sesame Kale Chips , and Roasted Sweet Potatoes . Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class . Festive Spring Salads
These great new recipes feature wild rice , quinoa , fruit , and greens : wild rice salad with breast of chicken or fresh mushrooms and cashews , a vegetarian main dish salad using multi-colored peppers and quinoa , a fruit salad with cantaloupe , strawberries and an orange sauce , and a pretty raspberry-spinach salad with glazed pecans . Then round out the evening with three easy dressings for your favorite combination of assorted garden greens : feta cheese , creamy blue cheese and orange dressings .
