opportunities! If you’re near
retirement, retired, changing
careers, or someone who likes the
idea of making additional income to
support their travel dream, this class
is for you. Imagine traveling using
free airline tickets, hotel nights,
cruises, tours, meals and more, in
the USA and worldwide! Learn how
to maximize frequent flyer miles and
reward points, get "bumped"and fly
free, mystery shop, import items,
teach English, organize trips, work
for tour companies, write articles,
shoot photos, blog, volunteer, or get
paid to drive. Over 200 ways will be
discussed including opportunities to
volunteer and to earn extra income
or tax deduction while traveling.
Plus, you will receive tips on packing,
travel websites, solo travel, safety,
how to avoid scams, and the top
50 travel words to know in any
language. A $15 book fee is payable
to the instructor for the required
text for the class RETIRE &Travel Free

Learn to Kayak
Kick off the summer with a paddle
around Silver Lake. Discover why
kayaking is one of Minnesota's fastest
growing outdoor activities. Learn how
to paddle correctly and get in and
out of a kayak easily and safely. This
is your chance to get close to nature,
get some exercise, and learn how
relaxing kayaking can be. Both double
and single kayaks are available and
life jackets are provided. Wear shoes
that can get wet and dress in layers
for time on the water. Youth must be

Mother's Day Family Kayak
and Camp Lunch
Treat mom to lunch and a paddle
on Silver Lake for Mother’s Day. This
is for everyone, so bring grandma,
grandpa, the kids, or grandchildren.
The whole family will learn to paddle
a kayak around the lake and get
up close to nature, feel a sense of
adventure, or just relax and enjoy the
day. Afterward enjoy a camp lunch
using a campfire and Dutch oven
to make a fun and creative menu.
Camp lunch, outdoor cooking lesson,
recipes, single and double kayaks and
life jackets provided. $30 per person,
$80 per family up to 4. Wear shoes
that can get wet and dress in layers
for time on the water. Youth must be
