make them yourself! Make
smooth, rich, melt-in-your-
mouth chocolate candies,
just in time for holiday
entertaining and gift
giving. Take home
the five different
recipes made in
class and a box with
15-18 truffles. A $12
supply fee is due to the
instructor in class. Bring
a dishcloth and towel to class
for cleanup. Optional truffle kits will
be available for purchase after class.

NEW Oodles of Zoodles and
Other Veggie Noodles
Whether you are trying to limit carbs
or just want to eat more veggies,
spiralizing is a yummy way to achieve
your goals! Learn tips and tricks for
spiralizing vegetables (some fruits
too!) and make and taste several
delicious veggie noodle dishes using
zucchini, sweet potatoes, butternut
squash, and more. A $12 supply
fee is due to the instructor in class.

Basic Cake Decorating
Become your own cake boss!
Decorate an 8" celebration cake
to take home and gain skills using
buttercream frosting to make shell
borders, writing, and star fill-in
work. A $12 supply fee is due to the
instructor in class. There will be an
optional starter kit available to take
home for an additional $12.

Have fun experiencing the beauty of
fondant decorations. You will take
home an 8" cake that you will frost

Czech Kolaches
Czechoslovakian immigrants brought their passion and recipes for kolaches
to the Midwest as early as the 1860's. Learn to make these old world pastries
from start to finish. Taste the different variations in class. Plan to take home
an assortment to share with family, friends, or to freeze. You will leave with
many recipes, tips, and techniques to make kolaches
better than the bakery! A $13 supply fee is due to
the instructor in class. Bring containers to bring
