Culinary Truffles—All Occasion Chocolate Candies You have tried the rest, now try the best truffles of all—and you will make them yourself! Make smooth, rich, melt-in-your- mouth chocolate candies, just in time for holiday entertaining and gift giving. Take home the five different recipes made in class and a box with 15-18 truffles.
