Sliding Fee Scale
ECFE class fees are based on household income . No family will be denied participation due to inability to pay fees . Payment plans can be arranged by calling 651-748-7280 .

Selecting a Class
Choose a class based on your child ’ s age as of September 1 , 2023 . This date is used to determine eligibility for classes for both Semester I and Semester II .
Determine Fees
Use the sliding fee scale chart to determine the fee for the first child attending the class . Any additional children attending the same class are half the fee . Include total class fee for all children attending class in total tuition due .
Additional Children
Any additional children ages 0 – 4 must be registered for the class . If they don ' t meet the required age for the class , they can not attend .
Payments
Payment for Semester I is due at the time of registration . Payment for Semester II is due January 19 , or at time of registration .
Class Confirmations
If you registered online or provided an email address on your registration form you will receive an email confirmation . You will be notified by phone only if you did not get into the class you registered for .
Immunization Records
Immunization records MUST accompany your registration if your child is participating in a parent-child class . Class registrations will not be processed without an up-to-date immunization record each school year . Immunization records can be faxed directly from your clinic to 651-748-7271 , Attn : ECFE .
Cancellations and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel classes if registration does not meet minimum requirements by September 11 for Semester I and January 22 for Semester II . Classes canceled due to insufficient enrollment will be refunded .
Participants who choose to cancel their registration will be subject to a $ 10 fee and a pro-rated refund .
• Before week 1 : 100 % refund minus a $ 10 cancellation fee
• If week 1 of class has occured : 75 % refund and $ 10 fee
• If week 2 of class has occured : 50 % refund and $ 10 fee
• If week 3 of class has occured : 25 % refund and $ 10 fee
• If week 4 of class has occurred : no refund
Classes missed by participants and cancellations due to weather conditions are not refundable and will not be made up .
