THE LEAN BUSINESS MODEL

Thirty years ago the lean concept was initially conceived by the western cultures; most of them already being part of the asian culture, a lean, effective and positive society. There was no country with more devastating results after the Second World War, most of them by the moral and depressing aftermath of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Something went terribly wrong and the result was part of a lack of humanist and respect for universal principles. Japan rise again. The final most of us know it, Japan grew up to became the second economic power in the world with the most advance technology by the end of the 20th century. How do they did it? Well the culture it is very different from us, they already had it before they came aware of western civilization.

When the two cultures blend from the initiatives of Japanese Emperor being aware of the need for a change; they started learning and them improving everything that they were thought and even went further and use the resources effectively. Your business is no different from the policies and incentives that the japanese government and japaneses culture gave to their citizens; moving your resources it is essential for your business to merely survive the ever competing standards of globalization. If you do not prepare your team, if you do nlt incentive them, if you do not manage resources, if you do not enable your people to be conscious of the requirement they need to be successful .

How is your company going to grow?

We do not only want productivity, operational excellence or innovation; we need, you need an integral view of all the department and divisions of your company; you need to become a leader, not a boss, a expansionist businessman, not a migrating businessman. We need to recognize the value within our people, the value within each country, values than go beyond low wages, tax cuts, lower energy rates or lack of environmental policies. This century demands us to become aware and responsible for our duty as entrepreneurs and leaders.

Lean Culture is here to stay mainly because incourages businesses and industries to continously innovate and create new standards of operatios, management, manufacturing and financial statistics; covers all what we need to correctly operate a company from a conglomerate, a corporations or a small enterprise.
