Serves: 4 Preparation Time: 5 minutes Ingredients 8 pieces of bread 8 tbsp peanut butter (2 tbsp each sandwich) 2 bananas (½ banana each sandwich) 2 tsp chia seeds (½ each sandwich) 4 tsp pumpkin seeds (1 each sandwich) Steps 1. If eating right away, you can toast the bread. If waiting, consider not toasting, as it may get soggy. 2. Smash half a banana onto one side of the bread. . 3. Spread peanut butter onto the other side. 4. Sprinkle chia and pumpkin seeds onto the peanut butter. 5. Smash the pieces of bread together, cut in half, and ENJOY! VARIATIONS: Peanut allergies – Ignore the peanut butter, add more banana and seeds! (The seeds with provide the protein) Trying different nut butters- Feel free to experiment with other nut butter options! 27
