Ingredients
8 pieces of bread
8 tbsp peanut butter (2 tbsp each sandwich)
2 bananas (½ banana each sandwich)
2 tsp chia seeds (½ each sandwich)
4 tsp pumpkin seeds (1 each sandwich)
Steps
1. If eating right away, you can toast the bread. If waiting, consider
not toasting, as it may get soggy.
2. Smash half a banana onto one side of the bread.

3. Spread peanut butter onto the other side.
4. Sprinkle chia and pumpkin seeds onto the peanut butter.
5. Smash the pieces of bread together, cut in half, and ENJOY!
VARIATIONS: Peanut allergies – Ignore the peanut butter, add
more banana and seeds! (The seeds with provide the protein)
Trying different nut butters- Feel free to experiment with other
nut butter options!
