which is cut by 20%.
• No increase in the state portion of SSI Level 3 (Senate and
Assembly proposals included increases).
• $1.3M for ACF criminal history record check (CHRC)
program, and $1.3M re-appropriated for past years.
Community-based Services
• Level-funds or slightly increase funding for the
following programs:

combination of DASNY bonds and state budget capital funding.
Health Information Technology Infrastructure
• $30M for SHIN-NY to permit sharing of health
information among health care providers.
• $10M for the All Payer Claims Database, a repository of
health care utilization and spending data.
• $10M for DOH information technology initiatives.
