Welcome to the second issue of the «Everyday Governance Magazine» This issue is dedicated to boardroom diversity. Diversity is a long standing concern in corporate governance and englobes many criterias: age, sex, origins, scholar background... In this issue we shall focus on the question of Women on Boards. Today, diversity is an essential matter to be considered by directors.
