never seen any of the Star Wars films. And since that is not illegal (yet), you
need to know that the aim of this article is to give you some insight into the
skills and qualities of one of the best leaders in the world of fiction – Darth
Vader. While it’s difficult to see him as anything other than a fiend, he did have
a good side. Read on to see why Vader was a leadership rock-star and what we
