table when trying to effect change. Change is something that comes from personal interaction on a oneon-one basis. Meetings are for information sharing.
MANAGING TIME
The most culpable waste of time is being bogged down

spend less than 50% of your time as a manager working

with employees and work flow in unscheduled time.
