Ideas for goal setting: Ask Ask yourself: What do I really want? Coming up with what you want to do, and why you want to do it, is the first step. Brainstorm ideas and narrow them down. I start with a distant date and then work backwards: one year goal, nine months, six months, etc., down to daily tasks that will bring the desired results.
