“My parents got us started. They
believed in us before we believed in
ourselves. They were patient with us
until we found the time to open our
eyes. They waited and they gave us
our space.” – Natalie
to hold herself back to keep from being

my head that I can help. It’s one of the

mouths open, and then the opportunities

“Working with
people is my business
now, working with
their strengths and
understanding that
time is important.
There’s a respect
there, there’s a
trust that we have
to build, a rapport.
Everybody goes at
a different pace.”
