Now that there was no office to clock in
and out of, they had to define their own
structure to balance his work and his
home life. As they’ve grown their team,
they’ve seen a lot of other families
going through the same struggles that
they have. Melissa says, “It was a good
thing for us to go through, because
now we can explain that you’re not
going to find harmony in your job
until you find balance and harmony
in your home.” Rob says, “It’s a constant
work-in-progress. I don’t know if
anybody has ever perfected that
balance. There’s always something
that we can be better at.”
