FACE THE WALL. “There comes a time when you will hit a wall and feel like you can’t take another step. That’s when you

CELEBRATE. “Crossing the finish line is a true celebration with your team. You need to celebrate all your accomplish
ments, big and small, whether a 5k or a marathon.”
