Through her experiences as a Wellness
Advocate, JoAnna strove to mold her
team members into true leaders who
feel empowered in their own lives.
She says that initially, she was pushing
people toward the business who were
not invested in themselves. Eventually,
JoAnna began focusing her energy on
builders who were coachable and more
invested in their journey. This is when
she started to see a difference in the
type of leaders she was attracting
to her team.
