dōTERRA ESSENTIAL LEADERSHIP I SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER 2018

Sometimes you have to loan out your
confidence in your builders until they can
believe in themselves. Talking through
situations and asking good questions is
helpful to them and you. When I was new
to leadership, I used to dump information
on new builders, thinking if they just did
what I said, I knew they would be successful.
But people have to find the answers for
themselves, which is why asking great
questions (and waiting for them to answer)
is super important.
