course. In Ryan’s words, “We jumped in our business and leadership skills,
all in to pursue our dreams full time, we wanted to include our team to be

Late summer 2017, Ryan left his
ministry job to join Jessi full time in the
business, and together with their son
J
essi and Ryan got their first taste
of working together while flipping
crepes in their food truck. While the
food truck was just a side-hustle to
supplement their salaries in ministry
and teaching, the couple began
dreaming of a life that didn’t force
them to go in separate directions
every day.
Luc, the couple set out on their four
month Diamond Club adventure. For
some, Diamond Club means time away
from home and it can be taxing on
the family. However, for the Boschmas
the traveling wasn’t time away, it was
time together. Jessi recalls, “We knew
participating in Diamond Club together
would be best for our family and
business. God completely provided

club in our business!” The result?
“When we hit Diamond in November,”
says Jessi, “It was everyone’s success.

For Jessi and Ryan, belief has been
their North Star on their journey to
Diamond, and it will continue to guide
their path forward. “We share ‘belief’
as one of our top five strengths, and
looking back over our last couple
years, it makes sense why we haven’t
given up on this business. Even before
we knew belief was a strength of ours,
