CLASSES. “The first thing to do is to schedule classes. They don’t all have to be in person—they
can be online, like Facebook Live. Classes are important because you need to talk about the oils and
get them into people’s hands so they can experience them.”
CUSTOMER SERVICE. “It’s all about customer service. We have an amazing product, but it
can take time to learn how to use the oils. Give them education on the oils and teach safety. Make
sure they have the best experience possible.”
