That practice is to strive at all times to be as principled a human being as you possibly can. By that I mean that I be- I believe it is important to lieve it is important to lead by committing your practice to such ideas as truth, honesty, consideration, respect, respon- lead by committing your sibility, caring, kindness, love, seeking justice for all with practice to such ideas as courage, and working for the common good, secure in the knowledge that as you lift others in leadership you lift your- truth, honesty, respect, self. These are the principles that are at the forefront of my practice and my conduct. None of us is perfect; therefore we cannot claim to be principled
