by the inhabitants of Durbe rural territory; administration consists of 9 deputies who secure representation of the locals of
Durbe rural territory – adopts decisions, determines institutional
structure of the municipality, decides upon the autonomous
function and implementation and procedure in which the
function of the state administration and fulfilment of administrative duties delegated to municipality is carried out, develops
and fulfils municipality budget. Council of Durbe rural territory
accordingly to ones area of authority is responsible for the
utilization of financial resources and implementation of
