Description of the project applicant
Labiekārtot telpas jauniešu brīvā laika
pavadīšanai.
Biedrība dibināta 2010. gada sākumā, tajā sapulcējušies domu biedri, kuri aktīvi darbojas un iesaistās dažādos projektos. Biedrības uzdevums ir iesaistīt Vaiņodes novada
iedzīvotājus, izglītojot un informējot par iespējās pašiem līdzdarboties.
„Vaiņodes novada iniciatīvas grupa” piedalījusies Liepājas rajona partnerības
izsludinātajos LEADER projektos. Projekta ietvaros izremontēts un izveidots „Vaiņodes
novada iniciatīvas grupas” birojs un šogad, 2012. gadā, realizēts projekts „Savedīsim
kārtībā Jauniešu māju”.
Realizēts Nīderlandes Karalisko Viršu fondu projekts, par kura līdzekļiem biedrības mājai
Raiņa ielā 5, Vaiņodē pagalmam veikta gruntsūdeņu novadīšanas sistēmas ierīkošana.
Biedrība gan saviem biedriem, gan Vaiņodes novada iedzīvotājiem organizē kursus
dekupāža un zīda apgreznošanā.
The association was established in the beginning of 2010. The association gathers
persons who hold the same views, which are actively acting and participating in
different projects. The task of the association is to involve inhabitants of Vainode
region upon teaching and informing them about the possibilities to take a part.
The association has taken a part in the LEADER projects announced by the partnership of Liepaja region. Within a framework of the project the office of the initiative group of Vainode region was renovated and this year – in 2012 a project „Let’s
put in order Youth house” was implemented.
A project of Netherland Royal Heather Fund was executed, which funded the installation of groundwater drainage system in the yard of the building of association
at Raina iela 5, in Vainode.
The association organizes both for its members as well as inhabitants of the region
courses in decoupage and silk painting.

Apraksts par projektu
Līdz šim jaunieši pulcējās telpā, kas nebija apkurināma un kurā
tualete, bet atradās izdevīgā vietā - Vaiņodes centrā. Tādējādi
radās ideja, ka telpu nepieciešams izremontēt un iekārtot jauniešu
vajadzībām.
Sākotnēji tika savesta kārtībā kanalizācijas sistēma - zemē ierakta
kanalizācijas tvertne. Nākamais darbs - tualetes telpas ierīkošana
ar tai nepieciešamo aprīkojumu. Lielajā telpā iemūrēts kamīns,
kas funkcionē kā krāsns, ilgi saglabā siltumu. Izremontēta lielā
telpa, kur jaunieši pulcējas un nobeigumā iegādāti funkcionāli
galdi un sēžammaisi.
Jaunās telpas, paralēli jauniešu vajadzībām, tiek izmantotas arī
pasākumiem, piemēram, gaismas svētkos lielajā telpā ierīkoja
gleznu izstādi. Kā izstāžu zāli paredzēts izmantot arī turpmāk.

So far youth met in the room, which was not heated and equipped
with a toilet, however it was located in a very convenient place – in
the centre of Vainode. Therefore the idea appeared to renovate
the room and equip it for the needs of youth. At the beginning the
sewerage system was put in order. A sewerage bin was dig in the
yard. The next executed work was – installation of the toilet room
with all the necessary equipment. There was a fireplace walled in
the big room, which is operating as an oven and maintains heat for
a long time. The big room, where youth meet, was renovated and at
the end functional tables and beanbags were acquired.
In parallel with the needs of youth the new premises are used for
events, which are organized in the region. For example, during the
lighting festival there was an exhibition of paintings organized in the
big room. It is planned to use the room as an exhibition hall also in
the future.
