LEADER – for rural development
2012. gada pavasarī, īstenojot Vietējās attīstības stratēģiju,
Liepājas rajona partnerība izsludināja atklāta projektu
konkursa 4. kārtu par 239739, 89 LVL. Kopā tika saņemti 76
projektu pieteikumi par kopējo publiskā finansējuma summu
560 117,40 LVL. Šajā konkursa kārtā piedalīties bija iespēja
arī lauksaimniekiem un mājražotājiem. Pirmo reizi konkurss
tika izsludināts Rīcībā „Lauksaimniecības pārtikas produktu
attīstības veicināšana vietējās attīstības stratēģijas īstenošanas
teritorijā”.
Īstenojot Vietējās attīstības stratēģiju, kopā jau īstenoti 68
projekti visā Partnerības teritorijā, t.i. visos astoņos novados.
Pašreiz tiek īstenots 31 projekts, no kuriem divi projekti gaida
papildus finansējumu un septiņi projekti, kurus īsteno zemnieku, piemājas saimniecības un mājražotāji.
Uz 2012. gada nogali visvairāk projektu četros Vietējās
attīstības stratēģijas īstenošanas gados ir īstenoti Grobiņas
novadā, kopskaitā 18, īstenošanas procesā ir 5 projekti.
Pāvilostas novadā īstenoti 10 projekti, īstenošanas procesā
ir viens projekts, savukārt Aizputes novadā jau īstenoti 16
projekti, īstenošanas procesā ir 5 projekti. Priekules novadā
īstenoti 8 projekti, īstenošanas procesā arī ir 6 projekti, Nīcas
novadā īstenoti 6 projekti, īstenošanas procesā ir 4 projekti.
Rucavas novadā īstenoti jau 5 projekti, īstenošanas procesā
arī 5 projekti, Vaiņodes novadā īstenoti 3 projekti, īstenošanas
procesā 4 projekti, bet Durbes novadā ir īstenoti 2 projekti,
īstenošanas procesā ir viens projekts.
Šajā izdevumā, kas jau ir trešais par LEADER pasākumā
īstenotajiem projektiem, ir apkopota informācija par
īstenotajiem projektiem gan no trešās projektu konkursa
kārtas, gan no ceturtās projektu konkursu kārtas. Iepazīstoties
ar žurnāla saturu, Jūs uzzināsiet nelielu informāciju par projektu iesniedzējiem, par projektiem, kopējām izmaksām un
visu kontaktinformāciju par projektu īstenotājiem.
Žurnālā iegūsiet informāciju par to, kur tapuši jauni rotaļu
laukumi bērniem, kuros novados, pagastos izveidotas modernas trenažieru zāles vietējiem iedzīvotājiem, atradīsiet
informāciju par to, kur ir izveidota trase radio vadāmiem
modeļiem, kā arī par to, kur variet doties brīvdienās un nodoties tādai izklaidei kā peintbols. Šajā žurnālā variet izlasīt
par jauniešu centriem gan Bārtā, gan Aizputē, Vaiņodē un
Pāvilostā. Lai veicinātu vietējo produktu popularizēšanu un
pieejamību iedzīvotājiem, tapis jauns tirgus laukums, izveidota mācību drava, kā arī vīna darīšanas meistardabnīcas un
vietējo pārtikas produktu degustācijas zāle.

In spring 2012, upon implementing the Local Development Strategy, a partnership of Liepaja region announced the 4th stage of
the open project tender for the amount of LVL 239739, 89. In total
there were 76 project applications received for the total amount of
public funding LVL 560 117, 40. Also farmers and domestic producers had an opportunity to take a part in this stage of the tender. For
the first time the tender was announced for the activity “Promotion
of agriculture food product development within the territory for the
implementation of the local development strategy”.
Upon implementing the Local Development Strategy, in total there
were 68 projects implemented in the whole territory of the Partnership, i.e., in all eight regions. Currently there are 31 projects implemented, two projects of which are waiting for additional funding
and seven projects are implemented by farms, personal farm plots
and domestic producers.
Towards the end of 2012, within four years of the implementation
of the Local Development Strategy the biggest number of projects,
in total 18, are implemented in Grobina region, and there are 5
projects still in the implementation stage. 10 projects were implemented in Pavilosta region, one project is still in the implementation
stage, while in Aizpute region there were 16 projects implemented
and 5 projects are still in the implementation stage. There were 8
projects implemented in Priekule region and 6 projects are still in
the implementation stage. There are 6 projects implemented in
Nica region and 4 projects are still in the implementation stage. 5
projects are implemented in Rucava region and 5 projects are still
in the implementation stage. There are 3 projects implemented in
Vainode region and 4 projects are still in the implementation stage,
but in Durbe region there are 2 projects implemented and one project is still in the implementation stage.
This edition, which is already the third edition on projects implemented within the LEADER project, summarizes information about
the implemented projects both from the third stage as well as the
fourth stage of the tender. Upon reading the content of the magazine you will find out little information about the project applicants,
projects, total costs and all contact information about the executors
of the project.
In this magazine you will obtain information on where there have
been new playgrounds for children established, in which regions
and parishes there are modern fitness rooms established for local inhabitants, you will find out, where a route for radio-controlled
models are created as well as where to go for holidays and try such
an entertainment as paintball. In this edition you will be able to read
on the youth centres inboth, Barta, Aizpute, Vainode as well as Pavilosta. In order to promote the local products and provide availability for inhabitants, a new market place, training apiary as well as
wine making workshops and a tasting room for local food products
have been established.
