courage, and longevity.
Make Room for What God Wants to Do
I know how easy it is for pastors to tell themselves they cannot step away. There is always another meeting, sermon, project, need, or problem. Ministry will gladly consume every available space in your life if you let it. If you wait until everything is finished before making room to be refreshed, you will never go.
The truth is that your church can survive for a few days without you. More importantly, your church will benefit when you return healthier, clearer, and strengthened by God.
Do not think of this retreat as time away from your ministry. Think of it as an investment in everything your ministry touches. One meaningful relationship may help you navigate your next challenge. One practical insight may change the way you lead your team. One moment in God’ s presence may restore hope you did not realize you were losing.
I believe God has something important for every pastor and ministry leader who will join us. You may come tired and leave with new strength. You may come with questions and leave with greater clarity. You may arrive feeling alone and go home with friendships that continue for years.
Tamara and I, along with the entire Significant Church Network family, would be honored to welcome you to Naples Church from February 8 through February 10, 2027. Come ready to receive, connect, laugh, learn, rest, and make room for God to speak into the season ahead. You have spent so much of your life pouring into others. Give yourself permission to be poured into.
Your calling is significant. Your church is significant. Your community is significant. And you do not have to lead alone.
Join us in Naples, and let’ s become stronger together.
