“ Wherever you go, there you are.” Meaning, eventually you need to look in the mirror and say the common denominator in all the failed relationships, the debts, the lost jobs is you. The antidote to all this is to embrace painful but liberating accountability. Embrace repentance. Choose to stop running and stay planted. Surround yourself with people who know your flaws and help you change. Proverbs 27:6 says,“ Wounds from a friend can be trusted.” God is a surgeon. He will cut you, but He does it to make you stronger.
