honest, and that led Jesus to offer him a second touch.
It’ s as if the blind man had enough faith in Jesus to get him halfway there, but when he literally started to see that Jesus could heal, his faith needle jumped to the max. He was ready for a full healing on that second try.
Reflecting on this man’ s story of healing leads us to questions we must ask ourselves: Are we being real with Jesus? Are we telling Him what we actually need? feel called to petition God again with a prayer you’ d given up on. Let it out. Because in Mark 8, we see that Jesus doesn’ t mind honesty and a second ask.
