Your Experience : Face Your Discomfort
And let ’ s not forget that you were comfortable before accepting this challenge , too . Not to belabor the point , but agreeing to the promotion or leadership position was an agreement to lead the team and lead yourself . The people around you are not the only people facing an uncomfortable future . You opted to leave the comfort of your own La-Z-Boy . present realities , and a coach to help them achieve their vision for the future . Don ’ t wait to get people in your corner for support . The weight of leadership feels heaviest during transition .
