L.E.A.D.’s Middle School Character Development League serves as the entry point for L.E.A.D. programming. Here are some fast facts about this program:

When the MSCDL launched in 2009 through a partnership with Atlanta Public Schools’ Office of Athletics, it was the District’s first middle school baseball program.

In order to be a part of the MSCDL, school principals and athletic directors must buy in and sign an agreement of understanding.

The programming includes character building activities that students must complete in the 1st semester in order to earn their jersey to play in the spring.
