Tuesday , Wednesday , and Thursday . In fact , the tip-off matters more when each day of the week you attacked your drills for hours , even when no one was watching .
There is nothing neutral about living a missionpossible life . Doing so is evident in more than the big moments when the things you have been praying for come to fruition or the dream for which you worked so hard comes to pass .
A mission-possible life is lived each day at both practice and the championship game , in the rehearsal and during the performance , throughout the notes and in the first draft of the first edition of your book . Living a mission-possible life is about loving and serving God and others . It ’ s not about accomplishing mission after mission of Tom Cruise – like stunts that defy gravity and impress the masses ; it ’ s doing what ’ s necessary to move the mission forward . This looks different in different seasons . It can mean a consistent regime of praying , reading the Bible , and fasting ( which , by the way , should be part of everyone ’ s mission-possible diet ). It could mean studying more than playing , focusing on planning , strengthening a certain habit , caring for a neglected part of your life , or tending to
