Dr. Nicole Massie Martin is the Chief Operating Officer at Christianity Today and the founder of Soulfire International Ministries, which equips pastors, churches, and young leaders for thriving ministry. A native of Baltimore, she holds degrees from Vanderbilt University, Princeton Theological Seminary, and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Dr. Martin has held executive roles at the American Bible Society and The Park Church, and she teaches and writes widely on ministry and leadership. She is the author of Made to Lead and Leaning In, Letting Go, and serves on several national boards, including the National Association of Evangelicals and Fuller Seminary.
