time or money shopping . Frugality can be a good thing , so applaud your child ’ s budgetconscious ways . However , frugality gone too far isn ’ t such a good thing . Show a phlegmatic teen how he can minimize his shopping time and still keep his clothing somewhat current by going on quarterly shopping trips at stores where he has had success quickly finding things he likes .
Understanding one ’ s temperament is not a one-and-done sort of exercise . Encourage your children to continue learning more about how God has uniquely designed them . It ’ s a fascinating journey of discovery that will play an important role in helping them manage money well — and much more .
