2010. Here are three diet rules that Jessica strictly follows.
1. Always have lean meat.
Lean meats are king. She eats lean cuts of meat, such as chicken breasts
and fish.
2. Keep fats low.
There are different kinds of fats and you need to stay away from the
bad ones. You have to avoid fatty foods to lose abdominal fat. If you
can avoid eating in fast foods chains, do so. Most foods that are offered
