ŠTO JE POKE BOWL? WHAT’S THE POKE BOWL?
Poke bowl je havajsko jelo prepuno ukus-
nih i hranjivih sastojaka, mješavina toplo –
hladnih sa sirovim i kuhanim sastojcima. The poke bowl is a Hawaiian dish loaded
with so many yummy and nutritious super-
foods, a mix of cold and hot with raw and
cooked ingredients.
Poke se obično sastoji od kockica sirove
ribe, obično tune ili lososa, ali mi smo doda-
li i pržene kockice govedine i na taj način
učinili našu Poke bowl zanimljivijom.
Poke usually consists of cubes of raw fish,
usually tuna or salmon but we also added ro-
asted beef cubes to our poke bowl options.
Poke bowl je zdrav izbor i ukusna hrana
„za utjehu“. It’s a healthy choice and the comfort
food too.
POČNIMO S BAZOM

Your foundation should be of equal quality

lance the dish.

PROTEIN
Dodajte teksturu jelu dodavanjem svježe
ribe. Što je masnija i svježija riba, to će bit

Rezanje je sljedeća vrlo važna stvar (poke
znači: rezati na komade). Obratite pozor-

means: cut to pieces). Be sure to cut aga-
inst the grain into long thin slices or cubes.

MARINADA
Budite kreativni s marinadom jer što je riba
masnija i svježija, može se intenzivnije zači-
niti dresingom. Upravo zbog takvog dresin-
ga riba dobija poseban okus, okus koji siro-
vo meso ne može imati.
Osim s klasičnim umacima za mariniranje,
salatu možete začiniti s umakom od soje, ili
poput nas, samo umakom od lososa Poke
Sriracha i začinima.

Add texture by adding fresh fish. The fatter
and fresher the fish, the better.
The fish can also be substituted by: Porto-
bello mushrooms, tofu or roasted beef cubes.
MARINADE
Be creative with marinade because the
fatter and firmer the fish, the more aggres-
sive the dressing can be. You will get addi-
tional flavours from the fish, normally you
wouldn’t get with a raw meat.
You can marinate it with the soya sauce, or
like us, just add salmon Poke Sriracha sau-
ce and some spices.
