No specific analysis of water quality changes resulting from construction or operational phase of major linear infrastructure projects were undertaken for development of this plan . Analysis of the length and area of linear infrastructure and the rate of infrastructure expansion outside of urban areas also remains a knowledge gap which limits understanding of the significance of this issue in water quality risk assessment .
