About the photographer
LeRoy Cronje started taking photos in 2005 when he worked as Freelancer for Campus Beeld, the local newspaper at
the university where he studied.
After he completed his studies, he continued with his photography on a part-time basis where he took photos at
local events.
In 2010, LeRoy moved to Johannesburg and decided to pursue his passion further and took unofficial photographs at
local night clubs.
In 2011 LeRoy became a freelancer for Velamiyora and became one of the official photographers for FTV Clubs and
also covered various corporate events for Velamiyora.
When LeRoy is not shooting for Velamiyora, he continues shooting for various events in the East Rand.
This portfolio is a collection of works from his time shooting for Velamiyora, various other event organisers as well as
photo shoots.
